At the heart of SAAB is denim processing. With a proven track record as a partner to world-renowned top brands, we are trusted by many brands both in Japan and abroad. Believing in the limitless creative potential of denim, we constantly pursue new processing techniques.

From planning and sewing to processing and shipping, we handle every stage of denim production.
Located less than an hour from central Tokyo in the Shonan area of Kanagawa, we deliver high-quality Made in Japan products through close communication and speed.

SAABの核とも言えるデニム加工の技術開発（通称ディベロッパー）として、数多くのブランドからの信頼を得ている野口。学生時代から好きだったデニムの仕事がしたいと、当時採用募集をしていなかったSAABに直談判し入社したという経歴を持つ。デニム作りのすべての工程が楽しいと語る野口に、SAABでデニムを作る楽しさや目指す未来を聞いた。

工場長 松本 和也
進化し続けるSAABの信頼を守る
平塚本社の工場長を務める松本。SAAB入社後、ディベロッパー・営業を経験したのち2024年7月に自ら志願し工場長に就任した。SAABが誇る加工の品質を保ったまま、安定して量産させる体制を整えている。膨大な生産量を誇る工場を率いる彼に、SAABで積み重ねたキャリアやデニムづくりの信念を聞いた。

世界に誇れる「人」と「技術」を売る
海外のアパレルブランドに向けた営業を担う杉山。毎朝の共有スペースの清掃に始まり、平塚本社出勤時は全セクションに足を運び、挨拶をしてから仕事を始めるというルーティンを大切にするなど、人間関係の構築に重きを置いている。柔らかな物腰である一方、彼が確信を持つSAABの技術と人の魅力を海外に発信していく姿勢は力強い。そんな杉山に、SAABで働く魅力や目標を聞いた。
